  • Only small cats and dogs are allowed to travel in the main cabin and any pet checked as baggage will not be accepted. 
  • Pets must be over 8 weeks old and should be medically fit and will be vaccinated.
  • Passengers may carry each pet in its own kennel and Virgin America only permits one pet carrier for one passenger as per the one purchased seat.
  • The total weight of pet and kennel cannot be more than 9 kg.
  • The dimension of the pet carrier should be 18 x 15 x 8 inch and it must be neat and clean and leak-proof.
  • Virgin America charges $100 as a reservation fee for the transportation of your pet.
